Saturday October 21st, 2023 @ 10am at the host hotel**Please note that this is a mandatory meeting as this is where all competitors will sign waivers, hand in bios, get weighed (if applicable), hand in music (if applicable), receive “goodies” from our sponsors and UFE shirts, and be entered into the athlete lists and judging software for the next day**
