There are very few things in life as exhilarating as stepping on a stage with a crowd cheering you on as you celebrate the results of the hard work you have put in over weeks, months or even years. UFE wants to make sure you’re armed with all the information you’ll need in order to be prepared and to perform at your best when the big day arrives.

Our workshops and posing camps are a fun, interactive way to get all the information you need to prepare for contest day and excel on stage. Everything from category information to tanning, hair and make-up, to posing and judging criteria will be covered in our regular workshops.

Special posing camps will be held for those looking to master their posing on stage and special workshops will deal with various topics relating to contest preparation.

Workshops are held in various locations in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and even online, so choose a date and come and meet some of your UFE family, including some of the UFE staff and PRO’s that will be leading the workshops!
