Trainers and competitors are a huge part of what makes a show successful! All too often, fitness organizations fail to recognize that. As a competitor I would sometimes have 20-30 people out to support me. That made big money for the organization I was competing with. As a trainer, I would sometimes put 5-10 competitors in a show and with those 5 10 competitors could be up to 100+ spectators. But how many organizations actually recognize trainers and competitors for helping to make a successful show? Ultimate Fitness Events is here to show the trainers and competitors how much we appreciate their participation in our events with our all new Trainer and Competitor Recognition Programs. Read on for the exciting details!

Trainers!!

Sure it’s nice to be recognized by your competitors for what you’ve helped them achieve, but what sort of recognition do you get from the organization that you helped support?! Now with Ultimate Fitness Events, if you enter 5 or more competitors into a show, you will get complimentary VIP seating at the UFE event you are supporting! This will give you front row access to the entire day.

To take advantage of this, simply send us a list of the competitors you have entered into the show and be sure that they have indicated you as their trainer on their entry forms. Send this list to info@UFEshows.com and we will email you back to confirm that we’ve added you to the VIP list for that particular show.

Competitors!!

So you’ve brought out an entire army of your fans and supporters. Sure it’s nice to hear them cheer for you, but you’ve just made the organization a boatload of money and what have they done to reward you for this?! Now with Ultimate Fitness Events, if you bring out 10 or more spectators to watch you in the FINALS, you will receive 50% off your entry into the UFE event you are supporting! And that’s not where it stops! If you bring out 15 or more spectators to watch you in the FINALS, your entry is absolutely FREE!!

To take advantage of the Competitor Recognition Program and receive your discounted or FREE entry, follow these steps:

If you have not yet paid your entry fee

  • you may submit your entry without payment and in the payment area, simply write “Competitor Recognition”
  • be sure to email us at info@UFEshows.com and send us the list of ticket buyers (full names) who have purchased ADVANCE tickets online for the FINALS
  • keep in mind that you must still pay for the drug testing fee and any optional purchases including any additional categories/divisions you enter

If you have already paid your entry and submitted your entry form

  • when you know that 10 or more tickets have been purchased in ADVANCE for the FINALS to come and watch you, submit the list of ticket buyers to us (full names) at info@UFEshows.com and you will be credited back accordingly

**Competitor Recognition Program applies only to tickets sold in advance through our online ticketing retailer
**50% off and FREE entry incentives apply to the first entry by a competitor into the show and not multiple entries (ie: Bikini Model and Fitness Model or Open Bodybuilding and Masters Bodybuilding). In the case that a competitor brings more than 15 spectators to watch them in the finals then multiple entry discounts will be considered in the case a competitor is entered in more than one category/division.

**Drug testing fees are not covered by the Competitor Recognition Program since they are paid to an outside company.
